Champaign- A website has been created documenting the events of the shooting death of Champaign teen Kiwane Carrington.
The website contains a great deal of information, including interview reports with Champaign Chief of Police R.T. Finney and the officer involved with the shooting Daniel Norbits.
Carrington was shot and killed in October 2009 after police responded to a burglary call on vine street in Champaign.
State's attorney Julia Rietz ruled the shooting accidental.
The FBI is currently investigating the case at the request of chief Finney.

Feds allege Chicago bid-rigging scheme

CHICAGO (AP) -- The U.S. attorney's office says a suburban Chicago man is accused of taking part in a bid-rigging scheme involving contracts at McCormick Place, Chicago's lakefront exposition hall.
Federal spokesman Randall Samborn says Rudy Fratto of Darien was arrested by FBI agents early Friday and will appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Maria Valdez later in the day.
Details of the charges aren't immediately available.
In January, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kennelly sentenced Fratto to a year and a day in federal prison for evading more than $140,000 in income taxes. He was due to report to prison April 28.
