"In a race this close, it is important that every vote count. I wish I could resolve this today, but the reality that it takes time for election authorities to do their job and for all of the votes to be counted," says Senator Kirk Dillard.
Frontrunner Bill Brady says he's not calling on Dillard to concede because he understands what Dillard is going through.
Brady says he'll prevail when the rest of the votes are counted later this month.

Feds allege Chicago bid-rigging scheme

CHICAGO (AP) -- The U.S. attorney's office says a suburban Chicago man is accused of taking part in a bid-rigging scheme involving contracts at McCormick Place, Chicago's lakefront exposition hall.
Federal spokesman Randall Samborn says Rudy Fratto of Darien was arrested by FBI agents early Friday and will appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Maria Valdez later in the day.
Details of the charges aren't immediately available.
In January, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kennelly sentenced Fratto to a year and a day in federal prison for evading more than $140,000 in income taxes. He was due to report to prison April 28.
