The meeting comes after several armed robberies and other incidents of crime in the South Philo Road Business District.
Crime is going down in many of the areas but Urbana police still wanted to get feedback from business owners and residents in the area.
Police say things are getting better but they wanted to assure the public that they are being proactive.
