Healthy Snacks for the Entire Day
Tomato-Cheese Ravioli Soup
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 (14.5 ounce) can Meijer stewed tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp. McCormick Italian seasoning
3 cups frozen Meijer mini-cheese ravioli (regular cheese ravioli or tortillini may be used)
1 small zucchini, sliced
1/4 tsp. Meijer fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a stock pot combine tomatoes, broth and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.
2. Add ravioli, zucchini and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook an additional 8-10 minutes.

Serves 2
1 cup frozen Meijer blueberries
1 frozen banana
½ cup ice cubes
1 cup Silk Almond Milk
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Lunch
Rosemary Pork -Season pork chop with salt, dried rosemary and McCormick garlic powder with parsley. Pan sear pork chop in olive oil until cooked through.
Serve with Meijer Instant Brown Rice, Cut Green Beans and melon chunks.

Chicken, Clementine & Spinach Salad
Serves 4
2 cups Earthbound Farm Baby Spinach
2 clementines
2 cups cooked chicken breast strips
2 tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
Balsamic vinaigrette
1. In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, clementine, chicken breast and almonds. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
