whatever portion you are making quinoa and water and this
I made before I came here so here are the ingredients.
turkey sausage quinoa breakfast bites
1 cup cooked quinoa, warm
1/2 cup shredded colby cheese
1 cup turkey sausage, crumbled
2 garlic cloves, minced
one pinch of salt
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl
. Spray a mini muffin tins with non stick cooking spray.
fill each muffin cup with the mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
