In the Kitchen: Fish Tacos and Sangria Sorbet
8 Corn Tortillas
4 6oz Tilapia Fillets or any flaky white fish
Shredded Purple and White Cabbage
Juice of 4 Limes
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Season fish with salt &
Place fillets restaurant side down in
skillet with canola oil once the oil has
become hot enough to
Sear on each side for 4-5 minutes.
The fillets are done when the fish
starts to flake apart.
While fillets are cooling, warm the
tortillas in a clean skillet for approx
10 seconds on each side, salting one
Chipotle Sour Cream:
1 16oz container of Sour Cream
1 T Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
3T Adobo Sauce
Add all ingredients together and mix in food processor or blender.
Scoop your favorite fruit sherbert into a glass and top with lambrusco
