In the Kitchen - Chick Cupcakes and Peep-Tini Martini
24 of your favorite cupcakes
2 cups of your favorite frosting tinted yellow
48 chocolate chips
1 tube of white decorator gel
1 tube of orange decorator frosting
Frost cupcakes with 1 1/2 cups of yellow frosting. Transfer the remaining 1/2 cup frosting to a piping bag with a petal tip.
Dip cupcakes in yellow sprinkles to cover. Pipe one wing onto each side of the cupcake. Sprinkle with yellow sprinkles.
Place 2 chocolate chips at the top of the cupcake for eyes. Dot each chocolate chip with the white gel.
Use the orange frosting to pipe the beak and feet.
2 oz vodka
2 oz frambroise liquer
1 oz orange juice
Mix the first three ingredients in a cocktails shaker and chill.
Wet the rim of glass and rim with colored sprinkles. With scissors cut a slit in the bottom of each peep and place on the rim of the glass. Pour chilled cocktail into glass.
