Aiyana Cristal is ABC Newschannel 15's Morning Show Reporter. New to the Midwest, Aiyana left hot Atlanta Georgia to join our news team in East Central Illinois. She is a Northwest native, born and raised in Tacoma Washington.

Aiyana received her Broadcast Journalism degree at Georgia State University.  In Atlanta she interned with NASCAR, Comcast Sports Southeast, and Turner Sports.

After graduation she became a Production Assistant for Fox Sports Network South and Freelanced as an Associate Director doing high school and college football for Comcast Sports.

She was an entertainment feature reporter for a show Atlanta Tonight on UPN.  Her favorite experience was reporting for an International Mike Tyson exhibition fight.

Aside from sleeping in every chance she gets, Aiyana loves doing outdoor activities, watching movies and sports, eating at fabulous seafood restaurants and hanging out with her family.
